    Hi
Like Dave I have a booth without a light and I too have a lamp by the side. If I was replacing mine I would definitely go for one with a nice built in light.

I'm not a happy man, anyone recommend a good replacement one that does need sticky tape, a lot of it. :anguished: :tears-of-joy:
        Mark,
Get onto Amazon in the help section and you can arrange a call from them I think it comes under 'Where's my stuff'. Let them know what has happened and you should get a refund.
Now in most cases they will tell you to keep the item and send photos. Then use the refund for a bit of MDF and mak up the surround from that, using the bits as a guide and a pic of the real thing, hinges can come from ebay cabinet making.
        Hope this helps,
        Mike.

Thanks for that. Have been in touch with Amazon and they arranged the return, I had to drop it off at the local coop 1 mile away, it is then going to be refunded yo my bank, so in that respect happy days. :thumb2: :smiling3:

Since stocking the spray booth we have sold in excess of 200 of them, only 1 was returned because the plastic side had been damaged in transit, once I got it back, I sold it with a discount and I’ve heard nothing of it since.

hopefully that speaks for itself regarding the qualit?

The one I have has a built-in light but it’s only just slightly better than leaving it turned off. I usually put a desk lamp above the clear shield too when spraying.

That was my thoughts from the short time my spray booth worked, was using a daylight angle poise lamp.

Hi all, done some spraying today and the spray booth is a lot better than the old (broken) one I suppose you get what you pay for, its quieter and seems to suck better, all set up next to my work bench so things are looking up, all relaxed whilst listening to Kenny Wayne Shepherd, good ol' southern boy, yee haa.

Great news, Mark , I'm like Jakko, threw away the hose and went straight through the cave wall and used some plastic pipe connected to a flap vent.
Glad you've got it sorted .
