    Air brush replacement

I am sure its an old question .... but my old cheapo air brush is showing signs of wear and tear, mainly the air valve keeps sticking i have cleaned and lubricated but a job or 2 back to sticking,
question is what do i change it for?
I would like your best opinions and options, Nothing outlandishly expensive but open to suggestions
    cheers

    Hi Simon
I too started with a cheap Chinese airbrush but upgraded as you intend to do. I now have an Iwata and a Harder and Steenbeck. Both are excellent and miles better than the cheap one. I have no idea of your budget but both Iwata and H&S do a range. If I had to choose just one I would personally stay with my Iwata.

Iwata +1. My Eclipse sbs is fantastic in use and really easy to clean.

I bought a H&S from the shop here (https://www.scalemodelshop.co.uk/pro...-and-steenback) and can't believe how much better it is that the cheap ones I had.

Iwata keeps coming up as being a good option, to be fair the chepo has worked really well..
the budget is okay just want to off set value for money against ability mine and the brush But seems you all have more than one.I thought about this option most of my kits are bikes how ever i do have a few larger kits so something with capacity would be good but not compromising on the quality.

                      Hi Simon
Flowers, chocolates, breakfast in bed - probably won't help but might just lessen her reaction.
Good choice in my opinion. Be interesting to know how you get on and which you prefer.

That looks a lot like an Eclipse, one of which I've had for about fifteen years and still use regularly. If it is you've made a good choice.

                        Cheers
