I've struggled to even get an up to date full colour chart for MRP Bob.

There are some conversions on the Hobby Color Converter app, if that's any good for you. Not quite a chart but it might help.

A lot of MRP paints have RLM /BS or FS numbers. Itโ€™s a bit of a journey, but itโ€™s one way of cross referencing.

I dont see the need for paint conversion charts at all. MRP provide the approriate FS/RLM/BS etc numbers. The colours are very specific shades for whatever subjects you are doing. If the instructions, like Tamiya, just give you brand specific colours then you can do some base research online for what actual colours the subject was painted and relate directly to the MRP shades.

Something like this of any use Bob?
Author James Duff Introduction In the final months of and in the years after World War Two, many resources, documents and records relating to Royal Navy camouflage were purposely destroyed.

Had a look and don't think my link will help as it covers mainly RAF / RNAS.

                              Just intrigued! I like puzzles.

Looks like plain old red oxide primer to me - https://mrpaint.sk/%20German%20?product_id=82
