    Clear colours

    Still becoming accustomed to Tamiya acrylics painting this beauty>

    Really impressed with the 'clear' colours - never seen them before...

      They are very good. You can really build up colour depth with a couple of coats as well. The orange is also good when used over beige or buff to replicate varnished wood :thumb2:

          I have had a few tinlets of Humbrol clear colours which I have had for years, I mostly use them for Aircraft lights applied with a toothpick gives a good colour and still clear.
          Used the Green for my canopy in my Lynx in the GB and it frosted the glass!
          I have just got some Vallejo clear colours to try out. I will let you know how they are when I get to use them.
