    Estimating paint requirements

    Afternoon all

In the not to distant future I plan to work on the 1/200 Arizona.

Does anybody know how to estimate the number of paint bottles required? Do not want to either run out or have too much!

    Ta bob

Never had to do this Bob, but it might be useful to know what manufacturers paint you mean? Different manufacturers paint comes in different sized bottles after all

If I remember correctly I used three tickets of Sovereign hobbies/colour coats on my Hood. But that was one colour.
It's always hard to guesstimate, a lot of things that come to play in the maths.

                  Hi Ian

They are Lacquer, spray beautifully. I know they pong but really like using them.very easy to thin, dry quick and tough finish. In my opinion lol
