Can someone please tell me what collour the cround crew woud wear aboard Imperial Japanese carriers?

I need to paint a figure that is working on a Zero.(mechanic)

Cool, thanx mate, interesting link! I will be doing the mechanic in a black overall, it seems to be acurate enough.

This is a 1/48 mechanic I "stole" from an ICM P-51 and it is interesting how "big and tall" he apears next to the A6M3 Zero. Yet with the P-51 he looks normal.

It would apear that the japanese zeros were a tad smaller in the cockpit area (no pun intended!) than the western planes, it does make sence if you consider that the Far easten folk are smaller.
