    Removing paint from Resin parts?

I purchased I partly built model kit and looking at the paint job I want to remove the attempt thats been made, is it safe to use Oven cleaner from resin parts, or Modelstrip, I know oven cleaner is safe on the platics but unsure of resin.

    Thanks

I would strongly suggest you try it on a bit of the casting block, the bit you cut off and chuck out.

I know that Carsons paint remover is said to be OK on resin but never tried it.

What type of paint is is, do you know?

I have just checked and it says that Carson paint killer is safe on resin.
