    Power Airbrush Propellant

    Hi all!

I am just using this propellant for a spary gun I bout (the starter kit from Revell).

As I am not going to use the spraygun for a couple of days I am putting it back to the box. What I am not sure is what to do wit the air can. The instructions on the bottle say "after use, unscrew the regulator from the can".

If I do that, is the can "sealed" and no air comes out?

Also, should the can always be kept in the upright position?

    Thanks

The propellant can has an internal valve, so after you unload the regulator by turning the knurled nut on the regulator - usually anti-clockwise, you can completely remove the regulator from the can. I store my propellant both horizontally and vertically. Its a good idea to let the can settle for a few minutes after you have moved it otherwise you might get a slug of liquid being discharged. Cheers Derek
