Mig thinner for Washes

I have two questions,


1) Does anyone know what Mig thinner for washes is made of? 


2) Now they no longer made Mig thinner for washes. What is the new best thinner for pigments to keep them editable?

I'm no chemist, but I reckon it's just mineral spirit

It has a sweet smell. Mineral spirit?


could it be alcohol based?


That stuff looks good. I am thinking of all the stuff I could do. I am an enamel painter FYI.
