wrong button arghh
not sure if its under or over done or just cr+p !!!
all new to me
found some hairs on it, from my ginger moggie, swine!!
Would appreciate feedback again please, noted the filter faded the colours toned down some of the scratches and it now has a well worn and tired look, at least that's what I think??

Bob - I think that's a brilliant job. Very realistic and convincingly like chipped steel. Keep doing what you're doing.Comment

Thanks Chris
Chipping is surposed to show where paint has been chipped and worn away by the crew
Just put the moggie on ebay, not!Comment

You could try giving depth to some of the chips by first painting on the colour underneath the top colour then in the centre of that putting the metal finish. E.g. if the scratch is on a green area first use dark yellow to simulate the base colour then use the steel or rust to show the scratch. does this make sense?Comment

Thanks Steve, appreciated
I have left it to dry before adding some streaks etc, added some graphite on edges

Cannot see anything wrong with that Bob. The problem is you are so close to your own work that you see every little detail.
I have the same problem. You just search out problems which are not there. Sometiems I think well that is not very good. Put it on
the shelf & it looks OK. Not searching the detail.
Chuck your Vallejo Gloss in the bin. Just tried Alclad 11 Laquer Aqua Gloss Clear & it is superb.
