I have some new acquisitions


Three cars....one Unimog (I love it) and two Mercedes Benz. I will use as a reference to create the road and the ways.






Some ballast, fencings,....






And lamps. The green ones are for the station. The black ones are for the village square.

Really nice kits. Although some have been around for while they will go together well and of course minimum painting.

Hi all!


For me, the Christmas day, means a relax and calmly day...


So I’ve been working all the day on the layout.


I designed new wood battens to add the entire electrical stuff hide under the mountain. Wasn’t an easy work....but now I having all together and all they works, as well, with a single plug.






There is space enough to manipulate all the tools and solve some occasionally accident with the trains






This is a general look of the finished electrical installation.


There is an amount of wiring now just remains the houses lights....

I add a new strip of wood all around the layout.






This kind I obtain some more space (2 cm) to add new items and have a more security surface by the train

A final piece as a “control panel” where to enclave all the switches.






After a patience work......






Now I have a clean and tidy turnout switches....

And the most important!!!!


Layout general status....


Track – Ok, it works.....


Turnouts – Ok, they work....


Decoders – Ok, they work....


Locomotives – Ok, they work as well....

Excellent work. You are clearly a good model rail builder. The hobby requires lots of different skills and you appear to have them all. Very well done.

These are the latest acquisitions.


Maybe I will need some little stuff, but these are the last major buildings!


PS: I did a little break on this those last days.....but tomorrow I will return at work
