Hi Lee,
I too, like Paul thought it was O scale. I know you can get the autos in HO, but these looked bigger. I take it it is set in or around the 1960 timeframe. I love the Edsel station wagon as well as the Caddy, 58 Ford Victoria, The Jimmy pick up, the Chrysler, The Macks, the White freightliner and if not mistaken, The Studebaker in dark blue. They bring back so many memories of growing up in New York!!!
I always has an great interest in model RR's, but never had the space to build a layout. In the mid 80s, I started collecting East German model RR stuff in 1/120 TT scale. I had tons of it, from trees to buildings to vehicles, even little people too. Two times I tried to build a layout with this massive bunch and both times life ended up shooting me down. First time a move and the other was the birth of my second son. 4 years ago I decided to sell it off in evilbay and was amazed at what people paid for this old stuff. I miss it a bit, but I definitely made money from the sales.
Sorry to babble on...…..How big is your layout in size? It looks real good and damn, those old vehicles are too cool!!!!!
Double Prost

Hi Lee, now you need some flat cars to move your War goods and vehicles to the Docks to be shipped to the Boys over There!
I was bit by the RXR bug in the late 70's, joined a club, Rail fanned, joined NMRA etc.
Primary interest was Duluth Missae & Iron Range Rwy. Steam and deisel. As a single commodity hauler had a choice of ore cars and more ore cars. I bought hundreds! All this got in the way of my Minitank hobby so I eventually boxed it up and concentrated on HO scale military trains. Have several, all WW2 German so much more homogeneous with my real interest.
Talk about rambling...Comment
