Thinking about foam between road & wall for trees & gardening plus big massif of rock as excuse to veer around w/track. Foam pcs. dedicated for use are in various states of readiness. Siding didn't leave enough room for anything else, so I did away w/it.

Three hoppers have coal, red clay & tan clay for respective bunkers. Banding & banding tools are in central shack & ready bricks are not banded till ready to load.

Looks a lot cleaner and now there is a definite yard lead.......less confusing, to me anyway. Rocks and scenery should make it "POP"!

Hi Paul, it looks okay to me. Concrete generally doesn't dry in a single color so variations in tones ought to look right close to marbling.
          Haven't seen this for a while...it's a massive diorama.

          Cheers,
          Wabble

This just gets better and better Paul. A great deal of work but the details your putting in make it so worthwhile.

Fourth extension under construction. This will be the other terminus of the point-to-point layout.

Wow Paul, there sure is a lot of work in railroads, but it is looking great.
Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

Some progress made on trailer-on-flats yard. Modifications will also be made at the container yard as trailer-on-flats will no longer be accepted there.

......because the infrastructure (yard mules & piggy-packers) to handle them is now in this yard Chris.

Just keeps growing. A huge amount of work both on the planning and the building.

As you mention, the planning is complicated by the age difference between what I have in the stash & new stock that has changed either by material or dimension. You also may have noticed all the newer bench work is made from scraps/leftovers from previous projects.

Roughing in the extension for the TOFC yard. You'll notice I've moved into the Man Cave Annex due to the availability of heat, as 55F is not good for the application of paint or adhesives. Combination yard mule garage, trailer repair & office bottom right foreground. Trackage includes mainline, runaround, siding & assoc. turnouts to service the yard. Runaround & siding compressed due to space constraints.
