Superb! Never ever had a train set/layout, even as a nipper, but if I did I hope it would have been something like this!

Thanks for the kind words Chris. I been building on this since 2012 and thereโ€™s no end in site yet. The U.S. had quite the color schemes in the 50s and 60s. Thatโ€™s why I chose this era for my layout.

Thanks Jim. Yes they do. Thatโ€™s one of the reasons I like modeling this time era.

Steve thanks for the complement. Iโ€™ve always had a train set when I was kid but not on this scale. My dad bought a piece of man made material about 4x4 square for my first train set and I used that for years. I liked Trains and building model Planes back then and still do.

I love it too Lee! It's so much fun to build and even more fun adding buildings and doing the landscaping. In 4 attempts at building a layout, I could never finish one, due to various reasons and then having kids. Ended up selling all my stuff...

Andrew, grab your rubber ducky tube and start swimming Buddy!!! I'm sure Lee would meet you at the shoreline with dry clothes and a hot cuppa...

Model railroads are meant to never be finished. Extensions, improvements to everything, additional rolling stock & locos are normal activities.
