For whoever may have an interest in 3D computer graphics and an interest in model making may find this link of interest......
You are supplied with a simple wire frame as a guide (or a 3D plan I suppose) to place your component parts, when you have placed your part you then '"glue" it in place. You can select the difficulty of the model and change the colour/texture of the parts.
It’s really easy (the interface is simple, but might take 10-15mins or so to get a full grasp of it) and is a great way for anybody to understand the concept of moving objects and navigating around in a virtual 3D environment.
A good way of introducing kids to 3D graphics. and you don’t need a fast computer to use it.
