For those that may be interested. I have a couple of CNC desktop routers. One has a capacity of 6"x4", and the other 8"x6"... Its not much but for model aircraft/boat formers/bulkheads, ribs etc it's not bad. I recently use them for making some 3D foam masters ready for casting parts for a live steam loco (garden railway stuff). Add to this a vinyl cutter, it gets used for sign work, but can also be used for scoring acetate...Nice accurate windows. I used the vinyl cutter recently to make card, boat models for a company selling full size canal boats.
I am trying to get my business going, selling these services, and would like to develop a line of kits in the parkfly size. Less than 40" span, maybe some boat and garden railway stuff as well. Really open to suggestions, or ideas. The CAD and graphics systems I use are Rhino (CAD) and Coreldraw, for graphics and 2D routing.
