My pleasure Graham.I must apologise as quite a few of the links to sites appear to be broken.Though i still think there's a wealth of information to be found.I suppose at the end of the day no matter what we're building we all like to be as accurate as possible. The Mercury,Gemini and especially the Apollo spacecraft are a nightmare ! :-).My father was tail gunner in Lancasters so im finding the Lancaster posts fascinating.Ive got 4 Lancs in my 'to do pile' so when the nights drawn in who knows !. All the very best,Brian.:astronaut:

There are some stunning Lancasters on here. Not an aircraft I have had a go at yet but the day will come when I decide to do a multi engined bomber and the Lanc will be top of the list I think.

Totally agree.I had the mad idea of collecting all the issues of the Lancaster magazine/model.Looked at the price (ouch !) then the detail (amazing !) then discovered that it was for display purposes :-).Would have been a waste to put R/C into it (if there was room !).Luckily i have a very understanding misses who when i said i would'nt mind building an 8 ft Saturn V looked at the ceiling (bonus !) victorian house (double bonus) and said go 4 it.Ive a feeling she may change her mind :-).:astronaut:
