Great work Si. I am sure it will be a big hit at the shows. Is it universal so other AFV's can be pictured using it??

Hi Steve, glad you like it. At the moment it has a PIII turret hanging from it but you could use it for ant vehicle, ww2 to modern.

The pic shows my ZTZ MBT under it prior to me painting and weathering the crane.

Cheers Mick, glad you like it. It was supposed to have some maskol all over it and then scrapped off etc to show the primer coat then, it was to have the rust and grime added-the maskol, I found, had gone off so instead it was various reds and browns acrylic in tubes lightly added and then sponged off. As you say, the finish turned out better than I thought.

Well, as is the norm with me, I have gone back and added to the bits and pieces, I have also made some new bits.

The mobile generator has now got a starting handle, new control panel, vent on top, grab-rail, added a latch and handle to the power outlet cover.

I managed to get two guys, one looks like Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber and the other looks like a Arnie wannabe-repainted and weathered them.

Made some welding bottles and frame, hoses, painted and weathered, I made a flame out of the end of welding torch using a thin piece of white wire and epoxy with some Tamiya orange clear in it.

I then made a pallet with some spare bottles, crates etc.
