    Superglue for Canopies etc

Hope this article is placed in the right hole.

Company who I used to obtain superglue from has gone kaput.

They did a superglue which they said did not make misty marks etc. on canopies etc.

Does any one know of a superglue with these qualities ? Impatient & find that all the other canopy glues take a life time to set.

Rumour has it that if you dip your clear parts in Klear, CA Glues will not fog the parts. You then only have to wait of the klear to dry if your patience can hold to that..... lol'

Rumour obviously hasn't seen the lovely and foggy vac-form canopy on a 1/48 Sea Fury I made as my father's aircraft for a family member!

I have a spare to fit when I remember to take it with me on a visit

      Cheers

Just found the company I mentioned above they have obviously come back again form bankruptcy or where ever they were.

They do a non whitening CA glue which is used for clear parts, polystyrene etc. They also have a kicker which does not whiten the parts or the glue.

Will try it & let you know.
